  • Movement N' Motion Dance Class: This is a dance class for children with cerebral palsy held at the Brentwood Community Center in a suburb of St. Louis.  Each volunteer helped to set up for class, acted as a child's "dance partner" by holding them up while they danced, and handed out snacks after class.  The position was a rewarding one that taught me a lot about the benefits of participation.
 
 
  • Child Assault Prevention Project- Fall 2002. This community project involved traveling to area schools and giving presentations and roll playing on the dangers or bullies, strangers, and being hurt by someone you know.
